Dear Larry and Elaine,

I am leaving Anchorage and moving back to Australia after spending the past five years working claims throughout the state of Alaska. During this time I have had the pleasure of working closely with a number of your staff.

In September of 2008 I spent some time working on large loss property claims in Texas after Hurricane Ike devasted the region. During the time I had the opportunity to work with a number of the large national fire and water restoration companies. It was only then that I was able to put into perspective the service that Taylored has provided me over the past five years. I did not realize that I was taking this relationship for granted until I left the Alaska "bubble" and had a better benchmark from which to make comparisons.

What I realized this time was that the service provided by Taylored far exceeded the standard of workmanship that was being provided by the "big boys" of fire and water restoration in United States. It put into perspective what can occur when you have a good working relationship with a company that you can trust and rely on.

Anyone can start a fire and water restoration company by buying equipment and staffing it up with labor, but is how you utilize those resources that differentiates one company from the next. It's the staff you employ at Taylored that makes your business. You have employed a great bunch of people that truly sets Taylored apart from the competition. I did not realize what value your staff adds to a project until I began to work with other companies outside the state.

Your emergency services crew led by Darren & Juan is truly world class. I believe that their service has then been improved by the constant feedback from your construction division. This translates to an efficient use of resources that has saved thousands of dollars on the claims I have worked on with Taylored over the years. The accurate estimating from the likes of Gordon, Doug and Deb make sure that we capture all the costs associated with the claim upfront, and are not left with countless supplements at the end.

I have also had the pleasure of working closely with Josh Ickes on a complicated muti-million dollar project in the Valley for the past 18-months and have to commend him on a truly professional approach to this job. His management of this project and the personal contact with the Insured made my job so much easier. I believe that people like Josh will ensure the future of Taylored for years to come.

Rusty David has also been an invaluable contact over the years as I had to adapt from adjusting claims in the tropics of Australia to the arctic of Alaska. I believe that this working relationship and constant feedback we give one another has improved both the service provided by Taylored, as well as my own knowledge of the restoration business and intricacies of doing business in Alaska.

I thank you for everything that Taylored has done for me, wish you all the best for the future of your company, and hope that you truly appreciate the value that your staff adds to the success of your business.

Yours sincerly,

Michael Ballinger
